DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

BodyDreams sells digital fitness products only, including workout guides, structured training programmes, PDF files and exercise demonstration videos.

No physical products are shipped and no shipping charges apply.

After successful payment, customers receive access to their purchased digital product electronically.

Digital products may include downloadable PDF workout guides, exercise demonstration videos and other digital training materials included with the purchased programme.

Access is normally provided through the order confirmation page, download link and/or the email address provided during checkout.

Please make sure that the email address entered during checkout is correct.

Delivery times for digital products are typically immediate after successful payment, although occasional technical delays may occur.

If you do not receive access to your purchase or experience a technical issue with your download or digital content, please contact us and include your order number and the email address used for your purchase.
