TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service apply to all digital workout guides and fitness programmes purchased from BodyDreams through bodydreams.co.uk.
By purchasing or accessing a BodyDreams digital product, you agree to these Terms.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
BodyDreams sells digital fitness products only, including workout guides, structured training programmes, PDF files and exercise demonstration videos.
No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated otherwise.
2. PERSONAL USE ONLY
All BodyDreams workout guides, PDFs, videos, designs, text and other digital materials are provided for the personal use of the purchaser only.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, upload, share, publish or commercially use any BodyDreams digital product, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from BodyDreams LTD.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
3. FITNESS DISCLAIMER
BodyDreams workout guides and exercise demonstration videos are provided for general fitness and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Exercise involves inherent risks. You are responsible for determining whether a workout or exercise is appropriate for your individual fitness level, physical condition and circumstances.
If you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant or postpartum, are taking medication, or have any concerns about exercising, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before starting a programme.
Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or other concerning symptoms.
Individual results may vary. BodyDreams does not guarantee specific weight-loss, body composition, strength or fitness results.
4. DIGITAL ACCESS
Access to purchased digital products is provided electronically after successful payment.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and for ensuring that their device is capable of opening the supplied digital files or videos.

5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Payment must be completed before access to a paid digital workout guide is provided.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through BodyDreams, including workout programmes, exercise videos, photographs, graphics, branding, text and downloadable materials, remains the property of BodyDreams LTD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. CHANGES TO PRODUCTS
BodyDreams may update or improve digital workout guides, exercise demonstrations or other content where reasonably necessary.
8. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by law, BodyDreams LTD is not responsible for injury, loss or damage resulting from improper use of the programmes, failure to follow exercise instructions, or use of the content in a manner for which it was not intended.
