Return and Refund Policy

All products sold by BodyDreams are digital products, including downloadable workout plans, fitness guides, PDF files and exercise demonstration videos. No physical products are shipped.

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been accessed, downloaded or made available, except where required by applicable consumer law.

By requesting immediate access to digital content, you agree that delivery may begin immediately. Where permitted by applicable law and where the required consent has been obtained, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may end once supply of the digital content begins.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to use the programme, or where a customer decides after receiving access that the programme is not suitable for their personal preferences.

If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, receive the wrong file, or believe that the digital content is faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us at bodydreams.uk@gmail.com. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide access, correct the file or provide a replacement.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
